About ISSOP
The International Society for Social Pediatrics and Child Health (ISSOP) is a global community of interdisciplinary professionals dedicated to the health and well-being of children and adolescents worldwide.
Rooted in the principles of social pediatrics, we bridge the gap between clinical medicine and social sciences to address the environmental, social, and political factors that shape a child’s life. Our mission is to advocate for children’s rights and equity in health through scientific excellence, global collaboration, and evidence-based policy making.
